Child Safety Standards

Anno - Dating, Chat, Match

Anno - Dating, Chat, Match is committed to the safety of all users and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This page sets out our published standards and contact information in line with child safety requirements.

Overview

We comply with applicable child safety laws and platform policies. Our approach includes:

  • Published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
  • An in-app mechanism for users to report child safety concerns
  • Policies and procedures to address child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Compliance with child safety laws and reporting to relevant authorities
  • A designated child safety point of contact

Our standards against CSAE

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) refers to content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including but not limited to grooming, sextortion, trafficking of children for sex, or any other form of sexual exploitation of minors.

Anno - Dating, Chat, Match does not permit any content or conduct that constitutes CSAE. We prohibit and take action against:

  • Content that sexualizes or exploits minors
  • Behavior aimed at grooming, coercing, or exploiting minors
  • Sharing, soliciting, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Any activity that endangers the safety or well-being of children

In-app reporting

Anno - Dating, Chat, Match allows users to report child safety issues within the app. If you become aware of content or behavior that may involve child safety concerns, you can use the in-app reporting feature to submit a report. We review all reports and take appropriate action in line with our standards and the law. For more detail on how to report and what we do with reports, please see our in-app help or contact us using the information below.

Addressing CSAM

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is any visual depiction (including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery) of a minor in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal and is strictly prohibited on Anno - Dating, Chat, Match.

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, we remove it, take action against associated accounts, and report to relevant authorities as required by law. We act in accordance with our published standards and applicable child safety laws.

Legal compliance and reporting to authorities

Our app follows all relevant child safety laws and reports violations to regional and national authorities. Where the law requires us to report child safety incidents (including CSAM and related offenses), we do so to the appropriate agencies. For information on how to report child safety concerns to authorities in your region, please refer to your local law enforcement or national reporting mechanisms (e.g., NCMEC in the United States, or equivalent bodies in your country).
